Be Inspired

It made a man dive into the near- freezing and debris- filled water to search for his missing wife in a tsunami- devastated neighbourhood. (And against all odds, finds her.)

It moved an old lady to re-open her closed-down bakery where she fed hundreds of homeless earthquake survivors for free.

It compelled a father of 3 to report for duty at the radiation-leaking Fukushima Nuclear Plant.

And this awakening, this force, is far, far greater than 9.0 magnitude earthquake and the 10- metre tsunami that decimated their communities.

People suddenly became aware of what it means to be human. They felt the need to forget about 'self' and reached out, sometimes with great risk to themselves, to help friends and strangers alike.

Some stories must be told. Because they have the power to Inspire us to be Heroes.
